...TORNADO NUMBER 5 (PANAMA CITY FLORIDA)...
A TORNADIC WATERSPOUT MOVED ASHORE INTO PANAMA CITY FLORIDA AROUND
825 AM CDT ON WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS STORM PRODUCED DAMAGE NEAR THE
BAYPOINT SUBDIVISION NEAR SAINT ANDREW STATE PARK. WINDOWS WERE
BLOWN OUT AT A FEW HOMES. SEVERAL TREES AND POWER LINES WERE
REPORTED DOWN. THIS STORM WAS RATED AN EF-0. per PIS TLH

 Here is the storms base reflectivity of its lifespan, from the time it came ashore over St. Andrews State park as a waterspout, almost directly over the jetties - to just about due northwest of the St. Andrews condo towers. **note new video evidence from WMBB News 13 tower cam, may show it touching down over on the 23rd street area where a roof was taking off a building at 23rd and grant. (details to follow)

NOTE * I now have the kevx nexrad data of the storm cell lifespan and will add more images in the coming days.
