Hunter aircraft in a few weeks, along with the chance to meet the New

the NOAA P-3 Hurricane Hunter Aircraft and some of the NHC's senior
hurricane forecasters will make the Gulf Coast Hurricane Hunter Aircraft
Tour. They will be in Apalachicola, at the airport on April 17, 2008.
- April 2nd, 2008: Expect local area NEXRAD's to be broadcasting the super
resolution NEXRAD data by mid May, just in time for Hurricane Season 2008!
April 2nd, 2008: For the first time this year the sea-breeze kicked off over
the panhandle, with showers and some intense thunderstorms over NW
Florida....(I know, I drove through one!) There will be many more to come...
