        First of all, I would like to welcome you to the web site. This site is currently in beta phase, and soon will be fully operational. I have devoted this site to my interest and study in weather. More about me and my background can be found in the about me part of the site. The main focus will be on Northwest Florida weather and or Southeast USA weather, with a big interest in tropical meteorology and severe weather. Some of you may have already seen the panhandle tornado's I have encountered over the years, I hope to have more videos and some intercepts of strong thunderstorms while "storm chasing". I plan to post the pictures and video on the events, so that others can learn from the very unique northwest Florida weather.         

Future Plans for site:

• Currently testing new layout.
• Finish up the web site classroom section.
• Begin testing the live field setup, to prepare for storm chasing or other events.
• Cross-browser tested with validated CSS, XHTML 1.0. WCAG 1.0, 2.0, and Section 508 accessible.

  So why the site? Well the Hurricane Season 2004 kind of got me putting more time into building the web site, to help share stories, views, comments of the weather events happening to them, mainly here in Florida Panhandle. It all started back in the senior year of high school. Yeah WAY back then!! Here are some Hurricane Ivan Pictures and I hope to have more soon. This site has already begun to grow. In the last two weeks there was over 3000 web site visitors. Talk about hits!!! Thanks :)
