         2-3 Waterspouts sited off Panama City Beach, Prompts Tornado Warning For Bay County. I chased the cell for over 30 miles through bay county.

•  Out the door now, it's 1:15pm....expecting tor. warning for cell off PCB... been on the beach doing a story about red tide... had nice set of storms roll in on me while on the east end of PCB... Rain was coming in sheets... could hear LOTS of thunder to the south offshore... available data that I had led me to wait for a SMW (Special Marine Warning) to be issued.. Which...
