NOTE: There was TWO (2) cells that followed each other through Bay County.
The second one Prompted the Warning. Got Images of Both!

UPDATE: From what I can tell, second one came in near la Vela or east of there and tracked to the northeast towards the Halfaway Bridge (bay/water). I noticed rotation picked backed up after it passed WJHG TV station to the south.... (and to the north of my house!) and then it tracked from the bridge up the bay (over water and just away from land), past the airport (PFN) to the west of it and crossed into Lynn Haven (KNOCKED OUT POWER ...reported by public) and came out just east of hwy 77 bridge in Lynn haven where AGAIN over water rotation picked up (i think I saw 121kts outbound/ 90kts inbound) as it moved to the northeast.....while passing the hwy 77 bridge, TORNADO Warning was issued!!!
 
 
UPDATE: Same cell has produced a Severe Thunderstorm Warning near the GA/FL/AL state line!

* AT 1036 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR BRANNONVILLE...OR ABOUT 5 MILES NORTH OF
  PANAMA CITY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  BAYHEAD...RESOTA BEACH AND BAYOU GEORGE BY 1045 PM CST...
  MCALLASTER LANDING BY 1050 PM CST... 
  BENNETT...MASHBURN...CAIRO AND NIXON BY 1055 PM CST... 
  COUCH AND YOUNGSTOWN BY 1100 PM CST... 
  SAUNDERS BY 1105 PM CST...
  FOUNTAIN BY 1110 PM CST...

WHEN A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED BASED ON DOPPLER RADAR...IT MEANS
THAT STRONG ROTATION HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE STORM. A TORNADO MAY
ALREADY BE ON THE GROUND...OR IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SHORTLY. IF YOU
ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS DANGEROUS STORM...MOVE INDOORS AND TO THE
LOWEST LEVEL OF THE BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. IF DRIVING...DO
NOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER A HIGHWAY OVERPASS.
